How soon after consular interview do you get your paperwork?

I have finally received an interview appointment date in January. The problem is that this is a particularly busy time of the year for me work wise and I would like to spend as little time away as I can.
From other people's experiences, how soon after your interview (if you are approved) do you get the necessary envelope to get your passport temporary green card stamp in the US?

its depends on consulate to consulate basis. If everything goes fine and there is no additional checks done by the consulate then you will get your approved envelope within the max of 5 business days.
