how soon after approval of RTD do you receive it?

I have this messege regarding my RTD on the website: "On April 28, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
I thought I'll receive my RTD in 3-7 days, but I haven't received anything yet. When should I expect to receive my RTD?

10 days. When did u apply?
 
I applyed feb 22 and apparently approved on 4/28. so 10 days after that , arround 5/8 I should get it. yes?
