My aunt is a conditional permanent residence(PR) of USA. When can she apply for her now 18 years old daughter?
Suppose in two years, the aunt is able to get the real PR, not more conditional one. At the time she will apply for the daughter again, the daughter will be almost 21.
What is the case and waiting time for the following situation, suppose the daugher remains single:
1) if the daughter is under 21 at the time of application, but will be over 21 when her visa is to be granted
2)if the daughter is over 21 at the time of application.
