How risky is it to move from company A to B SOON after H1 transfer is filed ?

Hi,

I am currently working in Company A. I wanted to move to Company B and they have already filed for my H1 transfer.

But, they want me to join as soon as possible. Hence, how risky is it to move to company B before the H1B transfer is actually approved? what are the chances of it getting rejected?

If the transfer gets denied after i move, what are my options?

It is pretty risky to change jobs until your H1 is approved. If your H1 is not approved and join company B, you are out of status from the day your H1 is denied. A lot of people do join a company with H1B receipt though - I have done it twice myself, but I think it is best to avoid unless you are about to loose your job.
