At the I485 stage, if I have received a RFE, and are pending approval, I need change my job to a different profession, which is not covered by AC21. The assumption is that no further employment RFE will be requested by INS, and I have only to wait for the approval. Do you guys think that that would be relatively safe? Thanks for your input.
