How reliable is the USCIS case status online system?

Hi everyone,

In your experience, how reliable is the USCIS case status online system? Has it shown the status of your applications correctly? Do all the case updates show on it regulary? Have you received emails regarding your cases correctly and regularly?

Can you please share your experiences?

I would say 99% accurate.
 
50-50.
In my opinion, it is as reliable as their current processing dates chart.
I wouldn't advise taking it seriously.
 
I've only recently activated the email notification for both our applications (AOS and EAD) and found it very reliable.

I know my husband has used it through the entire processing time for my K1 Visa and he has shared the positive experience.
