I got my 485 approval notice last night (along with 140). How soon can I tell my boss to stick it and find a new job?
What's the procedures to follow/forms to complete etc.?

If you're not looking to naturalize, then it probably doesn't matter when you do it. The general consensus is that doing it too quickly may cause issues at time of natualization because of the lack of good faith intent at time of PR approval.
