I have a question regarding how to put salary while filing LC with RIR.
I have a master degree and am thinking of preparing my LC in EB2 category. Do I need to put a salary that matches EB2 level while filing LC? if so and in case at the time of filing I-140 my salary is not high enough, then can I go with I-140 EB3 which requires a lower salary? or the approved LC become useless and I will have to file a new LC with lower salary?
On the other hand, if I file my LC now and put the salary at EB3 level (with a master degree requirement), then later can I file I-140 with EB2?
Could someone expert give me an clarification?
