How often can I use ReEntry Permit?

I am soon going to be Permanent Resident. I have a 10 year old who goes to school in India and will also get his GC. But he will continue to go to school in India while I will be working in US after getting GC. He will come to visit me once a year during his annual summer vacation.

1. Do I have to file ReEntry Permit (RP) for him when he lives after getting GC?
2. Do I have to file RP every year?
3. How many times can I file RP? Is there a limit?

I do not mean to contradict you as I am not sure but I heard that GC holders need to travel every six months to maintain GC. What are the criteria and where can I see these rules?

Could you let me know 'How much time I have after I-485 approval until I get Passport Stamped?'

My I-485 will be approved soon and I will get that stamped immediately. However, my 10 year old is in India on Advanced Parole and will be here when he gets school vacation for his Passport Stamping. I am trying to get him here before his AP expires. How much time I have after I-485 approval until I get Passport Stamped?
