How often approval list is updated

I am sorry, I didn't understand your question properly!
Normally I do update all summary pages atleast once a week (by Friday). Depending on number updates (approvals, data etc.) and if I can find some time I also update several times during the week! Note that I do specify "Last updated date" at the bottom of summary pages. But note that we get CSC JIT only twice a month.
Please also note that I cannot add all records to summary pages! The reasons could be one fo the following...
1) User didn't specify full dates, (just specified month/Year).
2) Not all the data is available (need RD, ND, FP and Approval date minimum)
3) Data is not directly reported on this board (Cannot add approval reported on some other site unless the same applicant is tracked on this board). The reason is we may have same user already with different name on our board/tracking lists, if user is not from this baord we cannot ask any questions etc. to that user so it is not a good sample record for our tracking purposes.

I am sorry if i am not clear in my earlier message. I got the answer from your reply but for one question.
1. how come "Ela harish" case though approved (he is the number one in Dec list) same information is not updated till date. In fact you congratulated on his approval but AD column is not filled with the date of approval.

Yes, you are right, there is one dec entry in PCee's list Ella Harishu which needs to be updated. But, pl do use proper language while requesting the same from PCEE . First of all your question is confusing and secondly, you are very demanding on PCEE.
As far as I understand PCEE is doing it as a free service.There is nothing wrong in pointing the mistake but please do it in the right way.

When I saw "Pcee(i-485tripoid.com" for "pc485.tripod.com" in your actual note I realized that you didn't pay much attention to exact spelling so when I looked for "ela harish" I counted that probably you didn't type the name properly but still, when I searched for that name on this board I didn't find any hit and I couldn't guess the actual name either! Now after looking into "Who cares" note I searched for "Ella_hasiru" but as "PrasadS" wrote that user is not yet approved! Here is the link for that users's recent posts...

So, can you please point me to the actual approval message so that I can update summary pages? I am sure you are asking about "Ella_hasiru" because you wrote that "..he is first person in Dec list".
By the way I forgotten to mention the other point in my earlier note that "As you all know I am manually collecting and updating data, and it is highly possible that I may miss some data in this porcess", so if and when some one sends me a note I am very happy to correct them. I did receve couple of messages (most of them were private) in the past mentioning that I made a mistake and I corrected immediately.
Also I really apreciate all those who took some time to make this list correct and more useful by notifying me my mistakes when I made them.

Does Congratulation for "Ela Harish" or to say 'Ella Hasiru' still holds true.
Just curious. Atleast there is something to talk about on board since approvals has slowed down heavily.

my friend went in for stamping today (sept case approved 3-4 wks back, not a great recent statistic, so I am not posting detail), he went in at 9am and got out before 10am. this is another indication to me that approvals have slowed down indeed.
