I am sorry, I didn't understand your question properly!
Normally I do update all summary pages atleast once a week (by Friday). Depending on number updates (approvals, data etc.) and if I can find some time I also update several times during the week! Note that I do specify "Last updated date" at the bottom of summary pages. But note that we get CSC JIT only twice a month.
Please also note that I cannot add all records to summary pages! The reasons could be one fo the following...
1) User didn't specify full dates, (just specified month/Year).
2) Not all the data is available (need RD, ND, FP and Approval date minimum)
3) Data is not directly reported on this board (Cannot add approval reported on some other site unless the same applicant is tracked on this board). The reason is we may have same user already with different name on our board/tracking lists, if user is not from this baord we cannot ask any questions etc. to that user so it is not a good sample record for our tracking purposes.
