How much time will it take for PERM appeal

Hi PERM Gurus

Need advise on How much time will it take for PERM appeals to get processed. I had my PERM certification got denied unluckly and attorney says he submitted appeal.

PERM-EB2-PD-12/06/06
DENIAL-Notice-12/14/06
reason-for-denail--does not meet alternative requirement of B.E+5 year exp
APPEALED--12/19/06

Any suggestions and ideas appreciated.

looks like my PERM case denial was based on kellogs case,,,
my lawyer already subitted appeal.
Does anybody got approved in kellogs denail case after appeal and how much time does it took ?

any suggestions appreciated.

denied due to typo error

My EB2 RIR case was filed in Sep. 2004.
Identical PERM was filed in Sep. 2006 in order to retain the original PD. Case was denied in a week b/c of typo error on date of prevailing wage request.
Motion of reconsideration was filed immediately. It's already 3 and half months since the appeal, no response yet. very SAD. :mad:

Refiling is better than appealing. We have couple of instances in our company.
