How much time USCIS take after BIO 1 for final decision

Any one have idea how much time USCIS take after BIO 1 for final decision.
I did my BIO 1 on Jan 7th 2006 also USCIS recived my RFE (I-602-Waiver) on OCT 2005. What Next :confused:

1 month if you are lucky. But mine took almost 2 months.

This can be anybody's guess. USCIS is one of those rare species whose action are quite unpredictable. I have some friends that completed BIO 1 eight months ago and still no final decision from USCIS. My application has been transferred to TSC (RD March 2002). This week I read in this list that someone with RD 2003 got approval from TSC. There is now way to come up with a pattern of how USCIS woorks. My friends...the only way is patience and trust in God!

I have one more question---- I did my FBI FP on July 2004 then i recived letter form USCIS (After 17 months) for BIO 1 on Dec 2005. My question is did IO send me this BIO code 1 (Which is kind of good sign atleast IO working on my file) OR Automated Computer system sent me that BIO 1 letter?
