How much time takes to receive first FP notice from CSC from the ND?

there is no rule that will help us to calculate this time.
It is random. I have seen cases (in other forums) that received FP notice within 2 weeks and some within 1 month.

CSC is cruising....Will that issue few FP notices too?

yeah. i recvd. FP notice on Sept 16th (email) - but haven't yet gotten the paper receipt in the mail.
