I am currently working on my OPT which expires by mid June 2010. My employer is cap-exempt and is only about to file for the Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) as part of my H-1B application. Does anyone know when I can expect a response if my employer files for PWD on May 20th, 2010? This is going to be my first H1B. Is there any option to get around or fasten the PWD process if it is taking long time to be processed through the new iCert system? Thanks much for any advice you can provide.
