I am new to the CP process. Can you please let me know how much time it takes for the getting the interview date after 140 gets approved, going by the post 9-11 trend?
from the date your I140 approved it takes on an average 6 to 9 months. on the positive side, if your I-140 approval reaches NVC in 10 to 20 days, then you'll get your CP done in 6 months.

My I-140 was approved on June 7th , and NVC received my case on July 3rd. But my attorney has still not received the approval notice. Normally how long it takes to get the approval notice. I would like to get inf from your experience. And also now how long it will take NVC to send pkt 3
