This forum and other like it are a source of information not just for the person posting the question, but for others who may also be in similar situation. So instead of replying in a smarta** way if you could have just given the correct reply to his question would have been appreciated by others having similar question.
BTW, I do not have a reply and was also not able to get an anwer after seraching through the '485 issues in Vermont Service Center' forum.
