how much time does it take to get advanced parole

hi group,

i sent all documents like I 130 , 485, advanced parole applications and application for work permit on first march this year
anybody have idea when i will get my advanced parole because i want to travel in july 2006 ?

I got it within a months
my notice date was Feb 17th 2006
Approved on March 9th 2006

You can apply for Advanced Parole (I-131) when you are applying or have applied for I-485. IF you use Ap to travel when you have earlier been in illegal status, you will trigger the 3/10 year bad depending on how long you overstayed before you applied for AOS.

The timeline of AP's varies but the timeline that you must check is at the NBC (National Benefits Center) for family based cases when you apply all the AOS (I-485)packet.
If you going to apply for Advance Parole, read the warning at the form before applying for it, especially if you has been out of status for awhile.
