How much time after RFE response?

Hi all,

I had an RFE (08/10/04) on my 140. The RFE was for company's ability to pay and my Education Evaluation. The lawyer finally sent the response and it was received by INS on 10/13.

My question is - In general how much time does it take to get a decision on such a case?
