Today LUD changed to FP Received. How long it should take now. My old FP notice was lost as VSC sent it to my old address in Nov 2004 and I got another FP notice in June 05 after followup with them.
I am thinking to use AC21. just thinking, whether I sould do that or wait for GC.

It might take anywhere between 6 weeks to 2 years. Keep your fingers crossed. If name check and background checks for you run through quickly you might see it in 6 weeks or else it might take months to years.

Today when I called VSC, I was told that the file reached Adjudicator on June 18, 2005 upon his request. When I asked the rep for the timeframe for the adjudication he could not give a specific range. Rep told me that the Adjudicators typically request for 25 files at once. Many officers would be going on summer vacation starting this month because Vermont gets only 1.5 months of summer. So, the adjudication time frame depends on the officer's vacation plan as well. Please take a note; I have done my fingerprints on May 25, 2005. LUD changed on June 3, 2005 probably they updated the FBI fingerprint results on that day.
