How much priority date is going to help 485 process

My labor was filed 2001 march. My LC was filed on EB3. My 140 was approved 30-Dec-2004. My company told me that they will not file concurrent process. I filed 485 last month. I got AP and MY EAD is pending. Because (EAD) I got query they want color copy of my passport.
How much priority date is going to be help in my case? Processing center is TEXAS. My PD is 2001 March

You should be fine. Your dates are well before the current date that is June-01 2002. The very fact that you could file your 485 after 1st of Jan 2005 in itself is a proof that you are OK.

You should be fine

Going by your PD you should be fine. However, one can never predict what might happen at TSC. You could be approved in a month or might have to wait a year. It all depends on your luck really. Things have been extremely random at TSC.
