How much old PCC is acceptable ?

My interview will be in May-June timeframe.
What do you CPers suggest about getting the PCC from Indian consulate/NY
now. If PCC takes 45 days then it might come in around mid March. Is 2-3
months old PCC acceptable to US Consulate.

I am thinking about sending my passport for PCC to NY as well. I thought the turn around time is only 4-5 days. My passport was issued in the US - maybe that is the difference.
Also, how did you judge your interview will be in May-june timeframe?

I have submitted I-824 form and am awaiting receipt. Once that comes thru I plan on submitting packet 3 to Mumbai consulate AC-140. Do you think I should expect an interview in April-May timeframe?
