How much more time after RFE for AP (I-131)

My I-131 Recv dt was May 20, 2003
Received RFE (still in the mail) Sep 25, 2003

After i immediately furnish supporting documents required based on RFE, how much more time will it take for my AP (I-131) to be approved. I need to travel to India by the middle of next month.
Any past experience on RFE for AP will be appreciated.

You might just be lucky to receive the AP doc in hand before middle of next month. Cutting too close though!

Will you be taking a shot at emergency AP?
 
Wait for AP

I've already taken a shot at eAP without any luck. I guess I'll just wait for the approval of my application. I'm just hoping that the RFE is pletty simple and straightforward (Got an RFE on EAD asking for Marriage Certificate), and then BCIS will be quick to approve my application. Looks like I may have to postpone my trip by a week or so.
 
getting worried

I'm getting worried looking at the state of affairs. I received an RFE on my EAD on Sept 11 and we replied to it within a week, yet no movement on approval. I have my iEAD so not worried.

But if my RFE on AP takes so long..I may have to postpone my trip and by how many weeks - I dont know.

Again, I can only ask for information from people who've been through similar situations in the past. I guess like everything else at BCIS, nobody knows how much time it will take?
