Any one have a clue on how much longer it will take to get my I-140 approved. I applied on Aug/19/03 as skilled worker. The processing date has passed mine on the USCIS web link. It's been so long and they have not even posted any updates.

Did you see change of LUD (last updated date) during this time. I hope you know LUD can be seen after you register your case online in www.bcis.gov website.

EB3 GC stopped for 3 more months

The GC is now stopped for EB3 category for all country.

GC stopped for EB# means that 485 processing will be stopped for 3 months from July 1, 2005. 140 processing should still be continuing as usual.

Traped, Contact Senators office in your area and try your luck. It should work. I wish you an approval soon.
