Hi I have a question (I can never understand when I talk to the lawyer.)
My father (us citizen) filed for me as an unmarried daugher over 21 on June 2001. i-130 was approved, i think that the lawyer hasn't filed i-485, i-765 etc because she is waiting for the priority date to become current. If I read those correct, I think the priority date is sitting now on april. So is it that now we are waiting for it to move a couple of months until it gets to june? and can someone speculate if i am geting my gc sometime this year?

Yup. My understanding is that you have to wait till your PD becomes current. Then you file your I-485/I-765 and get your FP/Bio done after you get your NOA. You would get your EAD in ~60 days. As for your GC approval, it depends on how soon FBI clears your name.
