How much long after 2nd FP?

We recently got out 2nd FP notices. I just like to know approx estimated time if anyone has any idea as how much long it takes to get approval.. :-) now.. now.. before jumping on me.. I am just trying to be optimistic bros.. :cool:


Another thing, we plan to send our kid to India on his summer vacation on AP. What happens if his approval comes when he is outside of US?

i gave my 2nd fp on 03/24/04. and still waiting for approval...July RD

Once USCIS receives your 2nd FP they will pick up your case and either approve it as is or issue an RFE. This could take anywhere between 60 days to 180 days or more.

When we had applied for our 485 people were being approved in 8-10 months and there was no concept of 2nd FP. It's almost 28 months since and still we're waiting. With USCIS you never know how long things will take.

One thing mavishka forgot the mention ... If they want they can transfer your case to a local office so that you live your next 6-12 months in pain and they can enjoy on the money that you spend in this whole GOD DAMN process.
 
Could any one let me know what we should say on the EMP letter? dose the Salary have to match our labor certificate?

Employment letter should state your start date, title, salary, job description and prospect of continued employment. No, the current salary does not have to match the LC salary as long as you're making enough money so as to not become a 'public charge'.
