How much is the prevailing wage now?

Hi, gurus, does anyone know
how much the prevailing wage is NOW for
either software engineer or senior software engineer?

I checked some website and I found in my state, the answer is:
Level I: 57k
Level II: 90k
I can not understand what "level I, II" mean...

For the same Job Title, level (i.e. I, II etc) depends upon the education level & experience required to perform the normal duties.

Higher the requirement (in terms of education or experience), higher the Level.
