How much is the filling fee (pay to USCIS) for 7th H-1 extension

I heard three different results: BTW my company over 25 ppl

I switched to this company B after I extended my 2nd 3year for another company A, I have worked in B for 2years and will have to use the 7th year extension in B. In company B, I have 2year H-1 period


1, 190+1500 (waive the 500 only)
2, 190 (waive 1900 and 500)
3, if you tansfered H-1 before it's 190 if not which means it's the second time it will be 190 + 1500, which will be 190 + 1500 for 7th year but will be 190 for 8th year.

I am totally confused.
