How much is PIO application fee

I see two different PIO application fee. Washington DC Embassy states $365 for PIO application. Please note that the embassy states the application and fee is applicable either to the embassy or to any of its consulates.

Houston Consulate states the fee to be $310.

Also, the first one (washington DC) asks us to send the original US passport, original Indian passport along with photocopies. Houston application states just to send relevant documents. Houston websites states to send the original Indian passport, copy of US passport

Which one is correct? I called Houston office several times and no one is picking up the phone.

Interesting... looks like the pdf form is out of date - this page (http://www.cgihouston.org/pio.html) says the PIO fee is $365. In general I would follow the instructions for the consulate (or embassy) you are applying to.
