i got three advance parole stapled teghter. my lawer told me that i should provide the three advance paroles to the officer when i get into the US. because the three advance parole are exactly same with my photo and information, does this mean i could use them for three times before it will be expired? it will be expired on 02-16-2006.
does anybody has the same experience or know the answer.
thanks lot.

They will expire on the date indicated on the AP. The immigration officer will just keep stamping the same AP. There is no limit. (My wife had 6 stamps on her AP before our GC was approved).

Six isn't very many. I had one that they filled up all the space on the front side, and then all the space on the back, and then finally they stapled a blank sheet of paper to the original and starting filling that up. I really do think they need a more modern process for handling APs.

I just gave only one AP, and the officer stamped on that and returned it to me.
But he gave me an I-94 (Stamp "Paroled in - purpose - AOS) with one year validity. I asked him if I would be out of status if decision is not made on my AOS. He said it doesnt matter - as long as the 485 application is pending, I will not be out of status. Did this happen to you guys too?
