How many receive RFE for filing I-693(wife being pregnant) !!

My wife did not take the vaccinations(due to pregnancy) for the Medical part of I-485 and was waived by signing the I-693.

Now my question is ,
Do INS send RFE to people in this situation or NOT???

Does she need to take the shots and send the most updated record to INS...
or it does not matter ???/
Please share your valuable experience.
