Your link is non functional. Also, if the thread is somewhat older, why not repost the same question? Several April RDs might have been approved and left the forums by now...

At the risk of starting to deal with semantics here, the thread was truly for NJ April 2002 filers. So, if someone comes to the forum who is unaware of this fact, they might be a non-NJ filer and open this thread instead of the NJ one. So, either rename the original thread to exclude NJ and move these posts (this is for RLBMS, ask the moderator) or leave this one open don't mislead people. If you opened a NJ filer thread for April 2002 and intended everyone that is an April 2002 RD to post, then this is simply an oversight on your part.

I would suggest that this thread stays. It probably really belongs in the tracker, but those lines have been blurred beyond recoginition.
