How many of us has received RIE but not BIO

I haven't received bio yet.

Hi everyone.

Wednesday morning a 20th,2005 I had called the BCIS and spoke to one of the guy who told me he was a Immigration Officer a nice guy, so I had told him to verifying my case if any Bio has been send out to me he said nothing has been send out to me, and then I had told him most people who filed their I-485 in 2001 like mine those ready done their first FP and I never done any FP. He told me to make appointment from online info pass, to the Denver local office, so I did my next appointment is July 29, 2005. At 12: 40 pm

Everybody has received BIO except a few of us, wantmygcnow your case is even worst because your RFI is from March, have you tried calling them?

oh and guess what, I went to AES in Philadelphia this past Saturday and they took my picture for GC, I told them I couldn 't make it on 8/4.

You mean to say, I can go too before the actual date? Did they take the finger prints too?

Oh, one more thing Mike, did you make an appointment for Saturday or just walked in?

I didn't follow my appointment date and just walked in to AES around noone on Saturday. I believe on Saturdays you do not need to have an appointment. I was 4th in line and was free to go in about 15 mintes. I only had code 2 on my bio, which is for digital pictures only. They didn't request fingerprints. By the way my LUD changed to 7/25/05 - they must have looked at my case today :) Yey!
