How many March, 01 Cases still left????

My case still pending:
    RD 3/14 ND 3/21 EB3 , Others Called IIO cases been assigned.

I just saw immitracker there\'s a RD, Apr. , ND May cases,

what\'s going on with March cases??????????
 
I am there too ND 03/13/01 I-140 for CP. Called consulate, INS has not requested the I-140 yet.

 
 
Called IIO again this morning....

this morning I called IIO again.Nice lady told me (1)screen doesn\'t change since last time...I called them on 1/15 (2)no decision yet (3)suggest to call back in 3-4 weeks (4)Did receive FP (5)case was assign to officer..under review.

So bad to know it is no progress in past two weeks!!! Any one has similar experience?
 
RD 03-23-01 ND 03-30-01 Waiting. I-140 Cp approved. Filed AOS

DEcided to renew EAD anyways.
Called up INS . Got through quickly today (!!!!). Got a pleasant
mannered IIO who did not berate me for calling once in 15 days!
She informed me that she is going move my case to attention of
her supervisor and I should hear something in a month (hopefully!!!)
 
I called during noon time today

The nice lady told me my case is under review..., the same as you.

Consulate says\'No request received from VSC for 140 file\'.
IIO Says(01/25)\'Being reviewed by an officer,Everything in order,decision will be made in 30 days\'.
 
IIO told me to wait for another 2-4 months ?! (RD 03/22)

I don\'t know if this is a standard answer or it is true ?
Now I\'m wondering if I need to file renewal of EAD Card which expires 04/30 ?
 
That\'s cool. May be they don\'t need the file from the consulate.

It was INS who approved the I 140. So they have the file somewhere. They really don\'t need to get it back from consulate.

IIO said they were working on an RFE. AVM not changed yet. Have to receive it & then reply. Another 3 months is my guess.
