My RD is Jan16, ND is Jan17, still waiting for AP&EAD but got FP notice

AP received first week of March

I received AP and did FP mid Feb, but my AVM still the same as "...FP notice sent at ...." I note that some people from this board got there AVM updated shortly after their FP. Is this true?
