How many EAC-02-056 are still pending?

Spoke to an IIO

My case is also pending. My attorney spoke to INS a month back and she told me that my case is in staging area to get assigned to an officer. I was waiting and just called INS for the first time yesterday and spoke with an IIO. She told me that, there are processing dec cases and my case is yet to be assigned to an officer so she will do the necessary to get it assigned to an officer. and she also told me to call back in 15 days if nothing is heard from INS.

Just try to call IIO and get the status and update us.
