How Many Dial-In Lines Does NSC Have?

And how many operators are there to answer the calls?

Their phone lines seem always busy during the regular working hours. Never been able to get through. Never get a chance to talk to IIO.

You may never know how many lines there. But, its not a credit card
customer service nor ATT customer service to call 3 times a day.
Please do not use SC phone lines unless its very urgent for you
because they have very limited lines. We need to keep the phone
lines free for those who desperately need it.
