How many days will be given for FP

Hi gurus,
I have a general question.. :confused: Please respond..
How many days time will be given when cis sends FP notices? and usually FP sent to us or company lawyer? My I140 approval went to lawyer but EAD's posted to me. Do we have to schedule FP appt or cis sends a pre-arranged appt?
