How many days to wait for AP in mail ?

My AP was approved on 03/23 and mailed same day as USCIS notice says. It's 8 days now and I have not received it. The EAD and all the notices were received within 4-5 days. Did someone wait longer for AP in mail ? It's TSC, and I live in Houston.

My dependet's AP was approved and mailed on 3/23/05 as per the email from VSC. We have not yet received it. She needs to travel on April 8 to India.

My AP arrived today 04/01. It took 9 days to arrive.
