I got my GC in dec-04. I went out of the country on MAY-05 to India for personel reasons. I am still getting my payroll generated in USA tilldate.
In lot of the discussions in this fourm, I see that to maintain GC, one needs to be back in USA within 180days. I am planning to return back to USA within 180 days and then, again come back to India.
The question is:
Is there a specified period (minimum period) that I need to stay in USA before I come back to India? (like 1week, 15days, 1month...)
please let me know soon, as I need to book my ticket as per the timeperiod specified.
