My RFE notice was sent out last Monday according to the AVS. But still not received by my attorney as of today. Is it usual to wait more than 10 days to get the notice? The IIO I talked to this morning was not helpful at all. I wonder why those bad attitude IIo never get fired. Enough with the government!
