How many days to receive approval notice in mail

Hello all,
My case was approved on 4/25, typically how many does do it take
for one to receive their courtesy copy of the approval notice.

My case was approved on 24th April, 2001 (VSC automated machine says). Friend
of mine got this approval notice in a week\'s time after approval. However, this could
take more than a week sometimes

It also depends on where you live. If you live in New York, you might
get it in a day. In DC suburb, it takes 2-3 days. Worst case is a
week.
