how many days to get RFE

How many days does it generally take for the lawyer to receive the RFE?

Can we reply directly to the RFE to INS or it should go through the lawyer?

Please help. My husband's RFE has not come to my lawyer till now.

It can take anywhere between 5 and 14 days to get RFE. Its important to note that as soon as 14 days are over after rfe is sent and you still have have not received it, you must call INS to ask them to re send. Its not uncommon that rfes are lost in mail.

Now, rfe goes to lawyer. (unless you dont have one and havent submitted the g35 -- tihnk)

Its important to have lawyer respond to rfe - hope that helps
