my wife 's case with(IIO) came to from congressman office. How long it will take to get approval ... Did anyone deal with congressman or sentators who got this kind of response?

It all depends on the work load of the IIO dealing the case and generally you will have to wait around 30 to 60 days for any action and again it depends on your luck too!
