How many days for plastic card?

At 6pm on Friday, I received an email:

"On June 3rd, 2005, after approving your case, we ordered you a new card. The card will be mailed as soon as it is ready".

Like I indicated earlier, I have an upcoming trip to Paris, on June 25th (I return only on August 1st).

What are the odds that I would have received the card by then? To be sure, I have scheduled an appointment on June 17th, for passport stamping. However, my lawyer said that USCIS may not stamp my passport since a plastic card has already been ordered...Not sure what to do next...
