How many days between 140 and 485 approval?

I got my I-140 approval message today.

EB3.

ND: 10-02-2003.

How many days normally needed before I-485 approval in average?

I got mine on the same day. I had filed concurrent from TSC.

My I140 approved 11/28/2004. Today my I485 approved.

Can you guys please tell me what is the next step. Will INS send any other documents than approval notice for stamping? Will they send it to me or lawyer?
