How many days before we receive Receipt Notice after checks encashed

We applied for EAD renewal in VSC(paper). I noticed that the checks were encashed on Dec 2nd. I checked the online status it says RD is Nov 28th. Also it says that they mailed us the receipt notices.

I was wondering as to how many days it would take to actually recieve the receipt notices by postal mail.

Appreciate if anyone can shed some light.
