How many days before we receive EAD cards

We have applied for replacement cards for me and my wife after the first EAD cards never reached us. Cards were misplaced and we were told that we need to reapply. THis time we never received receipt notice for my wife even though mine was sent. When called about the receipt notice for my wife, IIO told me that we need a send a letter to VSC and they can look into this. In the mean time my EAD is approved and its 2 weeks and i did not receive anything.

It looks like i would never get a EAD card.

Can anyone tell me how many days it would take to get the cards from the day online status says , mailed the approval notice.

What about check for INS fees. If it is cleared then you can see her EAC number back of that check.
