how many days before to file for EAD - suggest please

AVM still not found. I-140 approved for AOS.
MY H1b is expiring in the month of Feb 2002. I dont want to apply for H1b extension. My EAD is expiring last week of April 2002. How many days before I need to apply for 2nd EAD to be in safe side in maintaining the status. Please suggest me the earliest date and latest date.

I talked to IIO last month for checking my fingerprints. what I understood from that is \'INS considers our NDs as their RDs(Receipt dates to the computer system) and they process by their RDs which is actually NDs.
 
you shoul file immediately.

There is no harm in filling immediately. It takes around 80-90 days to get new EAD. Not sure about renewal.
 
Talked to my Lawyer office

she said renewal can not be applied not later than 120 days. she suggested it is better to apply in between 90- 120 days before expiration.
