I recently did my 3rd FP and and then got a letter from USCIS ( reply to my attorney query) that they were awaiting results of certain security and other checks.
According to USCIS my "BACKGROUND CHECK" was completed in late 2005 or so I ws told.
My attorney office tells me that they do 3 checks after each FP.
Doe s any one have any iddea what kind of checks they do.........
