How many are there from JUN/JUL/AUG/SEP/OCT/NOV \'00 waiting with out RFE?

ND JUL 6, 2000 waiting

My ND (EB2 INDIA) is July 6, 2000 with no RFE. Whenever I call up IIO, the same answer is given, "pending". Last time I called the IIO, he really got angry and told me not to call within next 60 days. Now I have stopped calling IIO. It is really frustrating
 
some questions

- when did you call for last time?
- did you consider the possibility to contact a senator? VCS is approving Dec2000 and your case is Jul\'2000.... 5 months difference

I have not received any RFE my RD is August 2000, EB2, Country: Other.

Don\'t call iio so often.

I am sorry that now you have to wait 60 days before calling.

ND 9/2000 Still waiting ...

I called INS last Friday and my case was still "Pending". When I called before, it was in a "Working Area". Is there any impact on processing times, if we call INS frequently ?

Hi, Thanks for you support & help. The last time I called was on September 17. During the entire I 485 period, I would have called around 4 times. Last time when I told the IIO cases as of OCT 2000 are getting approved, he really got annoyed and told that stop comparing with others. That is when he gave the warning don\'t call within 60 days.
 
ND:8/21/00..no RFE...still waiting..case in working area after 3 months with officer

 
 
ND 07/00 - Still there

Called 2 times to IIO - first in July - "case with officer";
second in September - "cannot tell you anything except case is not processed".
